Lost/Stolen Delivery Protection Guarantees you a quick free replacement if your package is lost in the shipping network or even stolen off your porch!
Must be reported within 48 hours of tracking delivery confirmation

Eligible For Reshipment when:
- Lost Shipment (Never Delivered)
- Stolen Shipment (Porch Thieves)
- Damaged Product (TAG already covers all products against transit damage)
- Must be reported within 48 hours of tracking delivery confirmation
- Reshipment must be identical order contents.
Refund Policy
- This insurance policy does not offer a refund but instead it provides a free replacement order for the lost/stolen goods.
- Only in the event where the original ordered item(s) are out of stock may the order be fully refunded (minus the insurance fee).
Eligible For Full Refund when:
- Lost/Stolen Shipment (Original Product(s) is out of stock)
- Damaged Product (TAG already covers all products against transit damage)
- Must be reported within 48 hours of tracking delivery confirmation
